OUR STORY
The inspiration behind MDW Solicitors was Debra Williamson's late father, Maurice Douglas Williamson (MDW), who sadly passed away in December 2017.
In his final days, Maurice was greatly assisted by the Harlington Hospice and Debra and her family were all moved by the dedication and care that staff at the hospice provided during such a difficult time. Thanks to the palliative nursing care they delivered, Maurice was able to stay in his own home for as long as he could, just as he wished.
As his legacy, Debra and her husband Andrew decided to create MDW Solicitors, focussing on Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney to provide vital legal support at such a sensitive time for families.
Whilst no one likes to think about the end of life or a time when we might not be able to make decisions for ourselves, the right planning can ensure that your wishes are protected and this difficult time is made as simple as possible for your family.
HARLINGTON HOSPICE
“With great honour, we will donate a portion of fee income to the Harlington Hospice if, upon instruction, a client advises that they came to us via any marketing provided by the hospice.
We will donate £50 of every will instruction (including mirror wills) and £100 for every probate instruction.
This will hopefully help fund the care of other families' loved ones when they need it the most.
In the future, we hope to assist other local charities which were also of great meaning to Maurice, in dedication to his lasting memory.”

MDW Solicitors also provides Criminal Law services, including representing clients at Police Stations and Courts.
With many years of expertise in Criminal Law, Debra delivers the support individuals need when the unexpected has happened and things haven’t gone quite as planned.
